Job Description
- Managing day-to-day activities of C-levels, including but not limited to calendars. Meetings, events, trips and visitors. Able to perform more than a Point of contact, work as an advisor to help executives to organize and prioritize their work agenda, have the ability to make arrangements according to urgency, importance and executives’ personal preference/convenience
- Work in a proactive manner, help make preparation and check readiness in advance for upcoming schedules, for example run necessary research, collect & verify info, consolidate report/docs/PPT, generate event briefing and etc. to ensure the agenda goes smoothly
- Attend business meetings with leaders, take meeting minutes and do appropriate follow-up action
- Help to facilitate the activities that executives would participate, handle inquiries from others and help leaders to communicate with relevant stakeholders, maintain good relationship with people across the board
- Maintain high-level of professionalism by keeping info confidential
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven record in an EA role supporting C-level, experience in dealing with people across the region is preferred
- Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to details, good in time management
- Great interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationship with stakeholders from internal and external
- A self-starter with true passion and heart to serve, customer-centric, good common sense
- Curious, caring, patient, mature with the interest to understand business
- Skilful user of MS office software like Word, PPT, Excel
