Job Description
- Facilitates patient’s for physical examinations by taking vital signs (height, weight, BP), digital signature and medical history and encode results in the Patient’s Central Database as a requirement for the physical examination.
- Act as a triage nurse by assisting, decking and queuing of patients to different testing units.
- Updates daily inventory by checking the consumption supplies used by the PE Doctors for the supplies requisitions to ensure continuous workflow.
- Monitors available PE Doctors by checking daily attendance, schedule shift and leave notifications in coordination with the operations unit for contingency and proper decking of PEME.
- Prepares the examining rooms by checking of all necessary forms either disclaimer or personal declaration of patients including computers and switches on a daily basis for easier process and implementation of 5S.
- Submits examining doctor’s accomplishment report by recording and tallying total number of patients seen and facilitated by the PE MDs through the use of logbooks on a daily basis for the unit’s time and motion.
- Submits monthly reports by collating data for the census as per the requirement of the Medical Operations Manager.
- Performs tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Nursing graduate without license or Nursing Associate, undergrad, Practical Nursing, Caregiver
- Willing to undergo training
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Very good interpersonal skills and patient rapport
- Can assist the Examining Physician in history taking
- Willing to have Saturday duties
