Job Description
- Oversee post construction operations of assigned property.
- Implement company’s management standards, operating plans, and programs for the property.
- Monitor construction works and ensure that all guidelines are strictly followed.
- Provide project status reports to Property Manager.
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors for the completion of construction projects.
- Involve in preparation and delivery of presentations and technical briefings, testing, verification and validation processes as well as scheduling and as-built documentation.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Engineering (Electrical), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
- Must have at least 6months to 1year in Construction Management, cost estimation, contractor, able to manage workers and laborers.
- Must have a good personality & pleasing in appearance.
- Willing to do field works.
