Job Description
- Monthly responsibilities include defining and monitoring inventory levels.
- Monitoring Fulfillment schedules and Shipping Plans to ensure demands and deadlines are met Managing stock levels
- Creating and/or updating inventory management procedures and processes to be standardized & consistent across all sites
- Determines appropriate inventory levels based on the potential demand for goods, forecasting company’s needs.
- Monitors and tracks systematically and operationally daily orders to ensure no impact.
- Works proactively in process improvement to maximize a positive customer journey.
- Develops a variety of reports regarding sales, customer programs, promotions, costs, operations and other reports for customers or management.
Minimum Qualifications
- Able to work UK hours monday to friday and follow UK calender.
- E-Commerce order fulfilment experience, including distribution centre operations and supporting technologies
- 3-5 years of cross functional supply chain experience and process implementation
- Great communication skills, can clearly communicate ideas at all levels of the organization
- Ability to work from home.
- Access to PC/Laptop and internet.
- Strong process orientation
- Well organized with ability to manage through exception and data tracking
