Job Description
- WORK WITH THE POIC: Aligning and scheduling of deployment and daily monitoring of personnel whereabouts during deployment
- Processing of consignment report: Monitoring and documentation of consignment delivery receipts
- Ensures an accurate inventory of consignment
- Ensure weekly submission of consignment inventory
- Processing and submission of service reports daily
- Coordination with Operations and Sales team with regards on-site requirements
- Monitor orderliness of container office.
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications:
- At least one year experience in planning, coordination and project management. Or logistics or technical/industrial company office support is an advantage.
- Strong written, verbal, analytical and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
- Computer literate with the ability to learn customer service software applications.
- Ability to interact and engage effectively with different types of people.
- Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
- Must be passionate and diligent.
- Attention to details.
- Willing to be trained, easy to train and innovative.
- Can work with minimum supervision. Independent and organized.
- Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of staff throughout the company.
