Job Description
- Log onto the social media channels at least 8 hours a day, according to the schedule that will be assigned to you
- Respond to all activity on the assigned Social Media channels including Facebook, Instagram & Live Chat within 24 hours. - Reply to all customers’ questions and concerns, providing answers or solutions within 24 hours
- Effectively utilize tools provided and analytical skill set to determine the next plan of action
- Follow the First Party communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Monitor and track negative posts and respond appropriately
- Continue to stay actively knowledgeable of the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices
- Meet the following targets
- Leads generated: 225/month
- Issues Resolved: 300/month
- Service Quality: 95%
Minimum Qualifications
- We are looking for a Social Media Agent to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.
- You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Marketing, Advertising or equivalent.
- Proven working experience in marketing/social media
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- At least 1-2 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
