Job Description
- Reports directly to the Accounts Director and Creative Director
- Present the company to potential clients, identify their advertising requirements and interpret the formal briefs
- Familiarize oneself with clients’ history, products and services, the target audience and their competitors’ activities
- Present, alongside agency colleagues (particularly the Accounts Director & Creative Director), the campaign ideas and budget to the client
- Work with agency colleagues to devise an advertising campaign and/or formulate marketing strategies that meet the client's brief and budget
- Liaise with, and act as the link between, the client and advertising agency by maintaining regular contact with both parties to ensure quick turnaround of deliverables
- Present creative work to clients for approval or modification
- Monitor effectiveness of campaigns and write client reports
- Handle budgets, manage campaign costs and invoice clients, and ensure payment is received/collected as agreed upon by both parties
- Tap new accounts for the agency and keep a healthy pipeline of leads to meet monthly quotas
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, or equivalent courses
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Can work alone or with a group
- Needs minimal supervision and able to make empowered decisions
- Has a positive outlook, patient, and an eye for detail
