- Manages and directs the daily activities of the leasing operations department in accordance with organization policies and standards.
- Responsible for all leasing functions, which may include reviewing and negotiating lease transactions and agreements.
- Oversees completion of all necessary paperwork and ensures proper customer service.
- Monitors trends for competition in the marketplace.
- Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience in managing an apartment building, which includes leasing residential units, dealing with brokers, engineering and maintenance issues.
- Able to deal with many unit owners
- Experienced in preparing year end reports for an annual general meeting for the condominium corporation
- Able to read and analyze financial statements
