Job Description
- Operations: Responsible for continuous improvement of operational effectiveness
- Team: managing hiring and onboarding, overall management and achievement of the teams
- Culture: build and maintain a positive and inspiring work culture
- Finance: responsible for day-to-day financial management, setting budget for the President’s approval
- Strategy: participating and executing strategy as approved by the President
- Sales: responsible for overall sales achievement and overseeing the marketing and attraction strategy
Minimum Qualifications
- With at least 2 years of progressive experience in general management
- Expertise in travel, resorts /hotels, and services
- Has a strong knowledge of Timesharing
- With at least 2 years senior management experience with a track record of effectively leading and scaling a performance- and outcomes-based organization
- Computer literate and capable of applying Microsoft Office programs
