Job Description
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
- Diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Providing technical support across the company
- Setting up accounts for new users/hires
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
- Testing new technology
- Network configuration
- Web management & E-mail hosts
- Oversee the Implementation of third party software Development
Minimum Qualifications
- Advance Knowledge in Computer Hardware, Software, Network configuration and Web and E-mail hosting
- Oversee the Implementation of third party software Development
- Oversee the Development of our virtual platform, fix/ update server and laptops.
- Knowledgeable with website
- Technologically Savvy
- Diagnosing and Troubleshooting Skills
