Marketing Assistant  

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualizes and manages strategic marketing plans and programs for each brand and for the company as a whole.
• Designs and develops sales kits and promotional materials such as brochures, catalogs, presentations, business cards, etc.
• Make sure that all products and campaigns featured on visual merchandises and other in-store collaterals are up to date.
• Develop and maintain the firm’s website, keep site content updated in coordination to the brands’ current campaigns and activities and coordinates with the outside webmaster for site maintenance.
• Conceptualizes promotional activities, coordinates with organizers and suppliers, and provides assistance in terms of logistics for seminars, trade shows, grand launches and other media event.
• Provide assistance in terms of logistics to events like seminars and trade shows.
• Serve as liaison between the company and international principals, local advertising and PR agencies, print suppliers, freelance talent, and various marketing services.
• Performs other duties and functions that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
• Basic to advance knowledge in Adobe Photoshop is a must.
• Basic to advance knowledge in Copywriting is a must.
