Retail Operations Executive  

As part of the Retail Team, you will be responsible for building our retail business unit and representing our brand to the masses. You will build, drive, and oversee the whole retail department from service-level, department upgrades and day-to-day operations. You will shape a large contribution for the growth of the company and retail presence of the brand. Reporting into the Retail Manager, you will be integral to the success of Love, Bonito especially as we go into hyper growth over the next few years!

Main Responsibilities:

• Upgrading all the operations from HO-Retail, Retail SOPs and anything related to the stores & counters day-to-day.
• Continuously innovating how to find ways in improving the smooth flow of communication, operations and manpower within the department.
• Responsible in upgrading and upholding a high service quality for the retail staff; which includes training, reviewing and onboarding service staff.
• Develop retail bible for the retail staff.
• Develop training and onboarding materials for the retail staff.
• Frequent store visits to spot training gaps, evaluate the effectiveness of recent trainings and build strong relationships with store teams.
• Analyze store performance and feeding relevant information to other departments such as merchandising, BI and marketing.
• Collaborate with Marketing team to create monthly Retail marketing plans and make sure the execution is done properly.
• Collaborate with Retail Merchandising to do goods replenishment.
• Collaborate with Retail P&C to update all the staff’s BAU and complaints, onboarding progress, performance review cycle, and any retail related events.
• Maintain great relationship external vendor such as department stores both head office and on-floor personnel to improve performance.
• Projects roll-out such as customer loyalty programme, style ambassador programme, omni-channel initiation, etc.

• Excellent time-management and analytical skills to ensure flawless execution of projects and solve problems which may arise.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 1-2 years of experience in Retail as Retail Ops, Business Analyst, or related experience.
• BA/BS degree in Business and Management, Marketing, Economics or other related fields.
• Detail oriented, highly analytical and distinctly logical.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high goals and KPIs by delivering quick results.
• Great management and people-development skill.
• Effective communicator and an influential team player.
