Job Description
The Mall General Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Mall Management including but not limited to Marketing and Retail Partner relations, Business Planning and Financial Management, Facilities and Operational Management and control of all Maintenance, Inspection and Safety Functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a structured business plan for the mall covering all key components of mall operations
- Develop revenue plans and identify new revenue generating opportunities in the mall to maximize income in line with the business plan
- Collaborate with Marketing and Retail Partners Management regarding existing retail partner mix and zoning
- Prepare and review financial budgets, systems and processes
- Monitor performance vs budget
- Ensure smooth and positive relationship with Retail Partners
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills and customer service
- Strong business acumen and good technical knowledge of Commercial Facilities
- Good understanding of Mall Management
- Strong Mall Experience specifically Financial Acumen
- Willing to be assigned in Cebu or Boracay
