Job Description
- Receive and manage customer messages in a timely manner.
- Respond to general inquiries by providing product and service information.
- Facilitate handling of inbound messages and coordinate with internal departments and resources regarding relevant client concerns, leads, and inquiries.
- Deliver superior customer service to clients and building customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Meet quality expectations to ensure a positive client experience.
- Evaluate and resolve or negotiate “win-win” solutions to client issues directly or by consulting with appropriate resources.
- Document, track and report significant client/advisor discussions or complaints.
- Generate and prepare reports required by Operations Manager.
Minimum Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer service.
- Graduate of any 4 year business course, preferably with related experience in customer service.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal relation skills. Able to communicate and listen effectively;
- Capability and willingness to learn quickly and change procedures to fit an ever evolving operation process.
- Must be responsible, disciplined, and highly organized;
- Must be able to handle stress well and work efficiently under pressure;
- Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written and oral.
- Initiative, Pro-active, and Self-driven.
- On-the-spot problem solving.
- Working in rapidly-growing organizations, technology companies or start-ups is an advantage.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Applications and Cloud-based Applications (Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs).
- Knowledge in using Airtable is a plus.
