Join the Internship Program and be a part of the partner success team! The Internship Program is envisioned to provide an opportunity for those who want to obtain substantial startup experience. Candidates of this program will be placed in different roles within MyKuya that best suit their skills and competencies for a set period of time.
Responsibilities:
As a Partner Success Intern, you will have a ground level view of the supply side of operations from activating new partners to helping them complete their first tasks with a stamp of a job well done.
- Help manage our partner communities online in Viber and Facebook groups.
- Create GIFs and posters in Photoshop/Illustrator and help brainstorm new initiatives to keep our partner communities happy and engaged. Experience with video editing is a plus!
- Become our partner’s advocate and help make sure all concerns are addressed or escalated.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Availability
- At least 3 days/week
- 8 hours/day
Internship Duration
- 3 months or more

- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
- Creative and out of the box
- Thinks critically and can spot errors most will miss
- Highly independent and delivers reports timely
