Job Description

You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with your client accounts, ensuring the highest quality service is provided to them, as well as a customized Magic experience. The Retention Account Manager will ensure accounts are in good standing, active, amplified and retaining.

  • Oversee operations interactions and executions for your accounts to ensure the highest quality service
  • Track and monitor client usage
  • Amplify client usage
  • Schedule feedback calls with clients as needed to customize service, understand needs, amplify usage, retain at-risk clients
  • Review and monitor billing for your clients to ensure rates and billed time are accurate
  • Assist operations in de-escalations and provide a personal contact for account
  • Provide specific instructions to operations as needed for proper handling of the account
  • Answer questions for operations as needed regarding your account
  • Keep all account information and metrics updated and current
  • Other duties as needed

Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate of any business related four-year course from a reputable college
  • 1-2 years of experience in account management, preferably with background in the customer service industry and familiarity with business-centric platforms
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, interdepartmental and within your team
  • Managing work and delegating
  • Building relationships and development
  • Organized and efficient
