Job Description
The Client Relationship Manager is responsible for customer relationship management on the Magic Dedicated product. This role is responsible for understanding the customer’s core want, building trust and product knowledge with the customer, and ensuring that we are moving fast and efficiently to exceed their expectations.
This role will have a list of customers that are assigned to them. A client relationship manager is the internal advocate for Magic Dedicated customers and ensures that their needs are met. They will work closely with other members of the Magic Dedicated team and communicate directly with the customers over the phone and email.
Job Type: Full-Time, Work from home
Schedule: Amenable to work from 9pm/12am - 6am/9am PHT
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Handle the customer kick-off call
- Handle start date call w/ assistant
- Handle client continuation check-in call - 1-week post official kick-off date
- Replace assistants as needed for our current clients by working with the client and the assistant matching team
- Handle client escalation phone calls as needed
- Handle client-specific communication for the following & work directly with teams responsible for internal administration (team name)
- Client card decline (Charging)
- Client needs a card on file (Charging)
- Feedback related to assistant (Matching/Assistant Support)
- Replacement of assistant (Matching)
- Weekly user check-in via email or messaging to the customer to ensure happiness, and address any questions they may have
- Create actions to address client business needs
Data Responsibilities:
- Manage client resource management to track current client status, health, and informative notes that drive product changes
Minimum Qualifications
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Relevant work experience
- Proficient in verbal English - strong interpersonal skills on the phone
- Proficient in written English - clear and concise
- Confident
- Ability to understand client’s core want and their business needs
- Works well interdepartmental - sets clear expectations, communicates clearly, and is organized
- Background in customer service & industry knowledge is a bonus
