Recruitment Channel Manager | Social Media  

Job Summary:

The Recruitment Channel Manager will handle social media channels for recruitment (Facebook) from ads to community (job posting inquiries, feedback, applications and strategies).

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Creation of Facebook Careers Page
• Tracking insights for FB
• Optimizing FB as a recruitment channel
• Increase of numbers in FB applications
• Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance
• Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire)

• Proven work experience as a Recruiting Manager handling social media channels
• Proven work experience in using Facebook Careers Page
• Experience in content management
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or Organizational Psychology is preferred
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
