Job Description
Job Summary:
Reporting directly to the Sales and Marketing Head, the Sales Associate is responsible for the attainment of target from the Loan Origination Group (LOG) signing stage of the partner developer and contributing to the achievement of the overall sales targets of the Company.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Familiarizes with the various products and packages offered by I&O, including financing terms offered by its affiliate.
- Implements strategies to achieve goals assigned to the Team as established in the Company’s overall strategic plan
- Promotes, markets, and sells the products and services offered by Indoor & Outdoor during LOG signing of the clients of the partner developer.
- Develops and delivers effective sales and marketing presentations to prospective buyers.
- Interviews and captures relevant buyer to be able to offer customers the appropriate products and services that will help them make informed choices.
- Assists, explains and oversees the signing of applicable purchase agreements and collects all the necessary requirements from the client.
- Coordinates closed sales and other related activities with the other concerned units of I&O.
- Submits a monthly sales report and conveys to the Company such information that may affect the sale of the products and packages.
- Provides post-sales services to I&O buyers and handles queries and complaints as may be needed.
- Maintains a database of all contact and relevant information of clients and regularly updates the base with product updates (promotions and special packages)
- Performs other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- College graduate of any business-related course
- Preferably with experience in active selling through understanding customers and their individual needs and negotiation skills with expertise in closing deals
- Customer oriented (pre and post sales)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Flexible to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules
- Willing to work on-site (Cavite) during mass loan signing of partner developer
