Job Description
- Answer high volume of inbound calls and maintain a response rate swiftly in accordance with agreed standards
- Handle a typical health situation and react calmly in emergencies and work in rigorous pressure
- Complete call logs and call reports as necessary
- Report issues to the high level of management after identifying
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma/ Vocational Diploma or Short Course Certificate
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of basic customer service principles and practices
- Impressive telephone etiquette with a clear speaking voice
- Computer literate
- Amenable to work on shifting schedule
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
