Job Description
- Conduct health services such as physical exams and history taking
- Implement health and wellness programs in the workplace
- Provide health counseling
- Administer personalized interventions such as medication, wound treatment, etc.
- Management of work-related health diseases
- Coordination of employee treatment and referrals
- Conducting research and working with community organizations and health educators
- Facilitates government-mandated employee health benefits.
- Represent HR & Admin in the Company's Health and Safety Committee.
- Assist in day-to-day operations of the HR department
- Maintain recruitment pipeline and initiatives for medical staff
- Administer end-to-end HR services including on-boarding, payroll, employee benefits, performance management, movements, and off-boarding
Minimum Qualifications
- High level of professionalism and effective communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and G Suite
- Registered Nurse, preferably with BOSH and OHN training
- Good communication skills, both oral and written.
- Strong attention to details.
- Systematic and organized.
