Job Description
-
- Collate, record and file official sales documents such as contracts, MOAs, trade letters in accessible location and folders.
- Release and route templated trade letters/ documents per approved content.
- Process and ensure compliance of Sales on admin reports such as expense reports, coverage plans, asset monitoring.
- Process and validate submitted APRM of Sales.
- Process Sales requirements such as Request for Payment, Purchase Requisition.
- Monitor and follow up merchandising billing status with Accounting.
- Compute monthly Sales Incentive per approved scheme.
- Coordinate and align with other departments for Sales Admin support and tasks.
- Adhere to the Company’s policies, guidelines, core values and enthusiastically work with colleagues in the pursuit of the Company’s MVV.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s business, finance, engineering, or a related field
- Solid analytical skills and keen on details
- Experience in Microsoft word and excel
- Experience collaborating with sales team members
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
