Job Description
- Responsible for the financial performance of the outlet in accordance with budget guidelines.
- Responsible for producing monthly reports .
- Ensure all internal procedures are followed and respected.
- Ensure the appearance and maintenance of the outlet is always at the highest level.
- Ensure that a high standard of service is delivered by the department at all times.
- Supervise and ensure all inventories are accurately completed at the end of the month, performing spot-checks as required.
- Handle escalated complaints and report all issues and complaints .
- Enure appropriate staffing levels are maintained to an optimum level for guest satisfaction whilst within budget guidelines.
- Ensure regular department meetings are planned and executed to enforce good communication within the team.
Minimum Qualifications
- Requires 5 or more years of experience in high volume and/or multi-unit Food and Beverage operations or other related management experience
- Strong skill set in managing corporate accounts, with prior experience coordinating and leading high level meetings
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and listening skills including verbal and written communications
- Identify causes of daily operational issues symptoms, diagnose and cure
- Ability to supervise the work of others.
