- Collaborates with Recruitment Officer regarding hiring and retention programs and activities
- Analyzes and develops programs needed for sales motivation
- Creates and monitors sales policies and procedures
- Oversees the effectiveness of the Human Resources programs in the group
- Works with the Sales Management Officer in checking sales performances and production of agents for renewal and promotion
- Communicates with sales heads in taking corrective measures to address sales performance improvement areas
- Verifies and Approves sales applications on self-service application portal
- Ensures the compliance of sales agents with code of ethics
- Keeps track on different industry trends that may be beneficial in the organizational development and employee relations
- Directs and communicates with the whole department regarding annual programs and pocket events
- Provides counselling to sales and staff when needed
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management, Communication or equivalent
- With at least 5 years managerial experience in Human Resources focusing on sales recruitment, employee relations, diversity and performance management, and other HR-related facets
- Has good planning, leadership, and management skills
- With in-depth knowledge in Labor Laws and Strong Employee Relations/Discipline background
