- In charge of handling clients’ requests/ concerns and provide resolution by coordinating with the Head Office
- Review client’s complaints and escalate to the corresponding department
- Handles Clients’ query and assign to the designated team for presentation
- Monitors all clients query and provides Monthly report of number of inquiries and closed sales from the queuing.
- Provides Welcome Letter to all Closed Sales Clients.
- Calls client randomly Evaluate Customer Sales Performance through Customer Satisfactory Survey.
- In charge of Monitoring the Contract to Buy and Sell of the Client and coordinates with documentation Dept.
- Facilitates all approved request for Execution of CTBS
- Coordinates with PDG regarding client’s request for Lay out and Dimension.
- Handles Commission and Incentive request of Sales Agent
- Provide Sales agent of the Status of their request for Commission and Incentives
- Coordinates with the concerned department in resolving unqualified accounts for commission and Incentives
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Bachelors Degree/College graduate
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- With good interpersonal, communication (verbal/written), and organizational skills
- Can multi-task and has keen attention to details
