Job Description
Responsibilities
- The role will provide administrative support to the legal department.
- Major responsibilities include preparation of the contract, letters, and other legal correspondence,
- Securing permits, licenses, and other needed certification from the government agencies,
- Maintaining records of all legal compliance, and;
- Monitoring all legal and regulatory compliance.
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications
- Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree preferably related to law, business administration, and the like
- At least three (3) years work experience in corporate housekeeping
- Excellent organizational, and time management skills
- Proficient in MS Office and presentation preparation
- A paralegal certificate from the University of the Philippines is a plus, but not a must
