- Lead, motivate, and mentor IT infrastructure member
- Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot all infrastructure aspect (appliance, system, applications, storage, database, network, and security) of Blanja.com core system and all surrounding business systems/applications that the company use.
- Maintain High-Availability and High-performance system.
- Provide leadership for 24/7 delivery of service operations and system uptime.
- Provide support and recommendation as expertise for infrastructure including but not limited to virtualization, cloud, servers, storage, database, network, system architecture, and so on.
- Design comprehensive Disaster Recovery Center architecture.
- Plan and monitor regular system and data backup of all applications.
- Plan and do regular preventive maintenance and patching on all appliances across Data Center.
- Participate in IT strategic planning, project planning, and budget planning.
- Create and act on infra related initiatives for continuous improvements.
- Accountable for incident, change and risk management for IT infrastructure services.
- Establish and manage strong strategic relationship with vendors and suppliers.
- Collaborate with all division for IT Infra related needs.
- Create and update technical documentation of all system.
- Manage and monitor office internet network.
- Manage IT infrastructure assets.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree of Information Technology, Electrical Engineering and Computer Science.
- Minimum 3 years experiences as an IT Infrastructure Manager in internet or financial industry.
- Strong IT Infrastructure skills, proven by relevant experience build and manage infrastructure project for internet or financial industry.
- Hands-on on all technical aspect of IT Infrastructure (not limited to server, appliance, network, security, storage, waf, monitoring, cloud, DRC, so on).
- Good Organization skills and adequate experiences lead infrastructure team/engineers.
- Mastering of system monitoring, security, network, Linux, database, capacity planning, automation, CICD, Windows.
- Mastering of clustering, virtualization, container, and cloud server environment.
- Good skill for the concept of data flow and system monitoring, Security appliance and assessment.
- Strong networking design, implementation, and maintenance experience.
- Infrastructure and security certifications. Having certification in Data Center Infrastructure would be preferable (CDCP, CDCS, etc).
- PCIDSS, ISO 27001 compliance knowledge.
- Willing to work on outside office hour and weekend/public holidays.
- Excellent Time Management.
- Well organized.
