Job Description

  • Develop and implement the strategy to build a loyalty programs, with designing and managing communication strategy focused on attracting, developing and retaining costumers
  • Drive acquisition through customer loyalty offerings, accountable design and marketing campaign delivery
  • Manage and establish relationship with all stakeholders with effective programs and promotional campaign

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Sales and Communication or other relevant degree
  • Minimum 5 years of primary experience in customer loyalty and acquisition
  • Exposure in manage and lead team is an advantage
  • Excellent in communication and diplomatic skills
  • Agile, costumer oriented, problem solver
