• Develop strong interpersonal and customer service skills by building long-term and strategic partnerships with the business units and technical teams.
• Improve your communication and creative thinking skills thru interaction with the different business units/departments to be able to come up with the level of detail required for the ideation walkthrough activities as well as project approvals.

Job Summary:
• Drives and manages the relationship with the business and ITG. Oversees the end-to-end delivery of IT business needs from project initiation to implementation
• Works with the business units and provides significant inputs to the definition and maintenance of the client’s overall IT strategy covering projects and business-as-usual (BAU) system enhancement requests.
• Collaborates with other ITG divisions to enable translation of Business Unit’s Overall IT strategy to workable projects within the committed timeline.
Minimum Qualifications
• With at least 5 years of experience in Technical Account & Project Management
• Strong stakeholder management; ability to match client's business requirements with product or system capabilities
• Good interpersonal, communication & presentation skills
