Lead Systems Analyst  

Accountabilities:

• Guide and manage all phases of the project to ensure on-time completion
• Interface between the business stakeholders, developers or technical group.
• Lead and convert business requirements into technical specifications to create the technical project plan.
• Lead the developers in the execution of test plans, system integration and User Acceptance Testing.
• Responsible for implementing and ensuring continuity and improvement of existing applications.
• Prepares and may conduct engagement reviews, and quality assurance testing and procedures
• Plans and coordinates the activities of technical personnel involved in the design, development and systems analysis functions required to create new computer applications programs or install and implement software purchased from outside vendors.
• Reviews and analyzes existing applications programs and programs in development to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of those programs; reviews requests for program changes required to meet needs of the company.
• Conducts meetings with senior level employees to determine system /data requirements based on current and new project priorities and system needs.
• Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets
• Evaluates existing applications to determine technical changes, schedules projects, resources, and monitors project timelines and system maintenance.
• Reviews performance of applications programs to ensure program efficiency, and creates system documentation, and to ensure that output meets the needs of user departments.
• Prepares regular reports for management; system function, status of program development and division needs.

Professional Experience and Required Qualifications:

• Candidate must be a graduate of BS Information Technology or BS Computer Engineering in a reputable university/college.
• 5years’ experience handling a development /implementation team or supervisory position specializing in IT-software
• Must be keen to details and good with system analysis , design and implementation
• Proficient in SQL, crystal reporting; ERP experience is a plus.
