Job Description
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets. The sales head will be responsible for maximizing the company's sales team potential and crafting sales plans for each product set.
Responsibilities
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
- Managing, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts
Minimum Qualifications
- BS/MS degree in business administration, management, marketing, or a related field
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense
- Excellent people management skills
- Must have experience in B2B sales
- Experience with technology & telecom products is an advantage
