Job Description
The main focus of this role is to support the sales team with technical & administrative services as per the below:
- Enter data from excel sheets (which are provided by external laboratory) into Hybrid-Ag’s soil & leaf analysis programs
- Check accuracy of graphs & analysis against desired values
- Update online CRM program (Pipedrive) as the test results are sent back by the lab
- Draft up initial recommendations for fertiliser applications from results of soil or leaf tests
- Email client's internal sales team with results/graphs of soil & leaf tests
- Video call with the relevant sales team member to discuss the initial recommendations and adjust them to suit individual client requirements
- Analyse trends of individual customer test results and compile into technical reports
- Communicate with Australian office staff via email, provide daily progress reports on leaf & soil tests
Minimum Qualifications
- Degree in chemistry & physics
- Understanding of biology and plant physiology desired
- Agricultural background
- Agronomy
- Data analysis
- Ability to problem solve, exceptionally high attention to detail
- High level of written & verbal communication skills
- Expert competency in Microsoft programs, particularly Excel
- Highly motivated to achieve & exceed role requirements
