Job Description
MicroSourcing is looking for Customer Care Associate who will be part of an Australian company that caters to After School Care program.
Essential Job Function:
- Responding to calls, emails, chat and other social media inquiries from the client's customers
- Responsible for processing billing, booking, registration and government benefit inquiries
- Perform other duties assigned in support of the business

Minimum Qualifications
- At least two years of customer service experience

- Ability to work under pressure on peak workloads
