Job Description
The Order operations analyst is primarily responsible for processing customer orders including fulfillment (software and/or Hardware) and invoicing. They are also responsible for handling both internal and external customer care queries including license extensions requests.
Essential Functions
- Process external customer purchase orders through to Invoicing
- Effectively resolve both internal and external customer care queries related to Order Processing
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external customers
- Receive and effectively handle external inbound customer care calls
- Maintain an excellent working knowledge of the Client’s products, product pricelists, sales promotions and order processes
- Process requests related to free of charge extensions and customer evaluation requests
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
Requirements;
- Minimum of 2 years customer service, order processing or related experience
- Previous experience of working for a multi-national software company an advantage
- Previous experience with SAP, SalesForce (CPQ) an advantage
- Advanced Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Outlook) required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail oriented with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Problem solving skills
- Multi-tasking and teamwork skills required
- Must be customer-retention focused
