Technical Support Specialist  

• Plan, schedule, and execute remote deployments of software to customer sites
• Manage customer communications to provide clear planning and direction on behalf of EMI Support
• Co-ordinate with Support Zones to ensure all information relevant to the deployment is captured and documentedTrack deployment progress through existing tools

Assist in:

• Creating a standard model for planning and executing updates the development of new tracking tools and workflows
• Coordinate with R&D and Product Management on software deployment
• strategies, tools, and process enhancements
• Provide technical support to the customer during the go-live process
• Create a world-class customer experience while delivering on update
• request through active communications with customers
  

• Bachelor of Computer Science, Engineering or Computer Technology background
• Minimum of 2 year’s experience in technical support environment
• Experience with Service Pack Upgrades and Updates
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Excellent writing and verbal skills.
• Clear speaking voice and excellent telephone manner.
• Desire to provide excellent customer assistance.
• Ability to conduct training sessions, give oral presentations, and interface and communicate with customers and co-workers in a clear and professional manner
