Responsibilities:

• Writing documentation and procedures for IT perimeter and business processes related.
• Auditing processes respect and writing reports and recommendations.
• Organizing documentation review.
• Risks identification, recommendation, follow-up of the changes related.
• GDPR compliance referent: managing the data privacy risks and changes related.
• Organize governance meeting for security and quality follow-up and improvements.
• Interacting with external auditors on security and quality.
• Writing reference documents to answer customer requirements.
• Work with colleagues in Manila (IT dev and administration teams) and Europe

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business management/organization or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in quality or business analysis.
• Familiar with IT field.
• Ability to communicate, synthetize and clarify towards colleagues out of quality / security field.
• Knows about ISO referential, ideally 27001.
