Job Description
- The Planning and Strategy Manager for Manila Operations (MO) is a senior level role responsible for overseeing the Manila operations at the Change Healthcare Manila proprietary site under the direction of the VP for CHC Manila.
- This role will have responsibility and accountability for the execution and support of multiple cross-cutting functions within MO, including Clinical Review, Chart Retrieval, Network Financial Manager, Enterprise Imaging and others. The role will work closely with global counterparts across all BUs to maintain a high-performing and cohesive distributed team that is capable of exceeding both internal and external customer expectations and requirements.
- The Manager will participate in the strategic planning and tactical operations cadence to ensure the organization sets and achieves appropriate goals, while maintaining a high level of autonomy. The ability to coordinate the needs of multiple stakeholders is a key requirement.
- The Manager MO requires broad experience in operations management, talent development, and customer relationship management, and will report directly to the VP of CHC Manila. (Note: The final reporting of this position may be adjusted over time.). Direct reports will include managers for each of the functional teams, as well as requisite support staff (training, administration, etc.).
Minimum Qualifications
Education / Training:
- Bachelor’s degree and/or diploma in a business or healthcare related discipline, or related experience
Business Experience:
- 10+ years’ experience in services and support operations, including 7+ years management/supervisory experience in a high-tech and/or healthcare company. Should have experience managing healthcare-related operations.
