Leading Edge is a boutique talent acquisition firm that caters to some of the biggest, most progressive and dynamic local and multinational organizations across industries. We are currently looking for Finance Research Analysts for one of our valuable clients.
Job Description:
- Perform governance research and complete analyses for shareholder meetings of US publicy traded companies (with a focus on industry – or topic specific areas)
- Gather data based on information in the company’s public documents
- Research policy-related issues and support staff in their completion of such projects
- Read and understand SEC filings (annual reports, quarterly reports, press releases, proxy statements) and other company disclosures
- Develop an understanding of governance issues, primarily around executive and director compensation
- Gain expertise in proxy voting policies
- Interact with internal and external contacts regarding deliverables
- Complete client specific reports and/or policy-related projects
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of a 4 years course related in Finance (Financial management, accounting, statistics, economics, etc) preferably with honors
- Preferably, with at least 1-2 years experience in finance/research
- FRESH GRADUATES ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY
- Strong analytical skills
- Amenable to work in Makati
