Job Description
- Attains monthly production budgets
- Performs market research and talent mapping for assigned client accounts through strategic and tactical sourcing, interviewing and the conduct of employment reference checks for the choice candidate
- Develops and maintains client business relationship through strategic account management
- Understands/Comprehends thoroughly client’s job order and/or search mandate in all its perspectives which include client’s nature of business, organizational structure, corporate culture, job description, CTQs (critical to quality) and other information relevant to the search
- Conducts thorough interviews with potential candidates and provide assessment/evaluation reports on the endorsed candidates
- Closely interacts/discusses with clients on search progress
- Ensures timely delivery of shortlist and reports to clients
- Conducts targeted selection and/or behavioral method interviewing process to ensure proper assessment of candidate’s suitability to client’s job order and/or search mandate
- Ability to illustrate the client’s profile to qualified candidates and encourage them to comply with the process;
- Discuss the compensation and benefits package offered to the choice candidate and voluntarily monitors the progress and completion
- Handles and leads multiple search assignments
- Develops network of industry contacts
Minimum Qualifications
- At least three (3) years of work experience in a similar role from any recruitment and/or executive search company with proven track record of achieving revenue targets and completing search mandates on his/her assigned sector or clientele
- Strategic Candidate and Client Management Experience
- Excellent communication skills with executive presence

- Willing to be assigned in Makati
