Job Description
- Conceptualizing creative ideas with the team.
- Testing and improving the design of the website.
- Establishing design guidelines, standards, and best practices.
- Maintaining the appearance of websites by enforcing content standards.
- Designing visual imagery for websites and ensuring that they are in line with branding for clients.
- Working with different content management systems.
- Communicating design ideas using user flows, process flows, site maps and wireframes.
- Incorporating functionalities and features into websites.
- Designing sample pages including colors and fonts.
- Preparing design plans and presenting the website structure.
Minimum Qualifications
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Required skills: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, Adobe XD / Figma
- Recommended skills: CSS Flex, Webflow
- 2+ years of experience in UX/UI web design;
- Strong knowledge in creating wireframes, user flows, sitemaps, prototypes
- Experience in mobile app design is a plus;
- Able to understand HTML, CSS, and Javascript is a plus.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Able to facilitate design thinking methods, such as Design Sprint, is a plus;
- Able to communicate effectively with colleagues;
- A strong online work portfolio is required.
