Job Description
- Managing all newly acquired merchants via online communication channels
- Ensuring good product adoption throughout the merchant life cycle
- Help to answer inquiries, troubleshooting, and coordinating with other departments to raise any additional concerns
- Constantly look-up on merchant health core to identify potential medium/high-risk merchants
- Provide consultation to help merchants overcome business challenges
Minimum Qualifications
- Min 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience, experience in customer support / customer success is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
- Proficiency in MS Office, esp Microsoft Excel
