Job Description
Supervises, monitors, evaluates and resolves accounting and credit &collection issues and concerns within the company policies and procedures in order to ensure internal control is being implemented
- Nurtures healthy business relationships with suppliers, consultants - auditors, lawyers, customs brokers, forwarders, truckers, and internal and external customers
- Reviews and validates disbursements of local trade and non-trade payables including VAT withholding tax entries and TM transactions
- Checks and validates accounting entries, proper charging of expenses to cost centers and allocates fixed costs by BU based on the pre agreed allocation basis
- Provides administrative support to the Credit Processors such as ATE, HR related matters, reimbursements etc.
- Coaches, evaluates and rewards his subordinates performance based on pre-agreed KPIs
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Accountancy, CPA or with Masters Degree
- with two (2) years experience in Accounting and Credit & Collection
- with 2 years experience in People Management
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
