Parts Operations and Logistics Manager  

Manages the supply-chain operations of Monark Equipment within the policies and guidelines of Warehouse, Shipping, and Logistics (Phil-wide) with the objective of supporting the sales operations in the achievement of its business goal.

• Develops and spearheads the implementation of the BU’s Annual Business Plan – Manpower and Capex – ensures alignment with Corporate, provides a solution of best value, formulates policies and guidelines in order to support revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
• Builds and nurtures business relationships with Major Customers in order to understand their requirements and how to better serve them.
• Oversees total distribution activities of all Stores Philwide in order to ensure that Monark keeps the right inventories, at the place, on the right time.
• Monitors, reviews, analyze and manager groups’ expenses in order to ensure that they are within budget or if needed discuss and recommend to C1 additional resources required sustaining the operations.
• Approves Logistics activities of Brokers, Shipping Lines, Forwarders and Truckers in order to ensure that the rates and competence of all service providers are within company standards.
• Coaches, evaluates and rewards subordinates performance based on pre-agreed KPIs in order to ensure High Performance, Engagement in the business, Contribution to the Company and Compliance with established Policies. Imposes disciplinary actions if needed.
• Manages IDP of his direct reports in order to ensure career growth and development.
• Performs other related functions as deemed necessary.
• Proposes new ideas that add value to the group in order to ensure continuous improvement and sustained growth.

• A graduate of any four-year course;
• With four (4) years’ experience in supply chain operations in a managerial capacity
• Preferably Licensed Engineer;
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
