Job Description

  • Manages and oversees sales performance of specific products for selected accounts, develops Sales strategies to achieve financial, Sold to User (STU) targets, and Profit and Lostt (P&L), and monitors individual Sales call plans and activities within operating budget, assigned geographic area, product range, or list of customer accounts with the objective of meeting or exceeding sales targets and achieving customer satisfaction targets.
  • Nurtures healthy business relationships with customers through regular visits and communicaiton, sources and analyzes relevant marketing information such as sales performance, industry updates, competitive product and pricing information and customer feedback.
  • Coordinates with Credit and Collection (C&C), monitors, assesses and manages Sales Groups statement.
  • Collaborates with Business Development and Support Business Unites in formulating and implementing Sales Group's Anual Business Plan (ABP), selling strategy, and priority action plans.
  • Attends and participates in the monthly Sales Funnel Meeting (SFM), Sales, Business Development and Inventory (SBI), mid-year and year-end reviews, and planning workshops.
  • Conducts and leads the Sales Group's regular meetings prior to SFM, reviews, analyzes, and sets Sales Forecast based on historical data, Sales Logix opportunities, Opportunity and Lead Generation Analyzer (OLGA) opportunities, principal inventory support plan and manages distribution scheme of CAT.
  • Validates and approves statement of expenses, approves anticipatory orders, coordinates with Parts Operations and Logistic Group and Service Operations.
  • Forwards Sales Leads, if any, to the appropriate Sales Group, reviews and finalizes the call plan of each Sales, reviews and analyzes weekely sales dashboard data and conducts monthly meetings with Sales group.
  • Coaches, evaluates and rewards his/her subordinates' ensuring branch has depth of staff for purposes of succession planning.
  • Manages and evaluates current competencies and ensure that his/her group understands and adheres to their BU key business processes.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate of any Engineering course.
  • With eight to nine (8-9) years' of related work experience in heavy equipment and machines and engines services or related industry.
  • With three (3) years' experience in a Managerial capacity or five (5) years' experience in operations in a supervisory capacity.
