Job Description
- Assists customers in selecting and sizing the right equipment through CAT softwares and on the job and off the job cost studies and conducts product presentation and end user training within company policies and procedures with the objective of providing full support to customers on the proper usage of equipment.
- Conducts on-site visit and machine turnover to customers.
- Provide assistance to customers and Sales on technical matters, warranty and Delivery Service Report (DSR).
- Gathers and consolidates Sales Pipeline and transactional reports of Machines Group.
- Monitors and maintains machines inventory.
- Prepares machine configuraiton according to Sales specifications and conducts competitive specifications comparison through extensive research on competitive information, weakness in competitive products and Caterpillar's strong points.
- Maintains literatures and materials on CAT products such as competitive information, performance handbooks, sales programs. training slides, and information on related products.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any engineering course. Preferrable Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Mining or Industrial.
- With one to two (1-2) years experience in Heavy Equipment/Gen Set services or any related industry.
