Job Description
- Prepares parts qoutations and processes orders within the existing systems and procedures of the Sales Group with the objective of achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satiisfaction.
- Accomodates walk-in and phone-in inquiries of customers, addresses customer complaints, coordinates with the Warehouse Section for customer requests and provides feedbacks to customers.
- Interfaces with customers to determine and serve their parts requirements and nurture healthy working relationship.
- Provides customers with detailed quotations containing information.
- Processes purchase orders of customers, monitors core returns and parts return documents and generate Credit Memo.
- Performs cashiering functions (invoicing and invoicev transmittal to Monark Document Control Center, receipt issuance, sales deposit and transmittal of receipts and cash flow form to Treasury).
- Coordinates with Credit and Collection Section on credit standing of customers and coordinates with Cashier and Parts Order Processor for the invoicing and payments.
- Promotes marketing programs and other current promotions and services to customers.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any four (4) year course.
- With three to four (3-4) years related experience in Sales, Technical Support and/or Customer Service.
