Job Description
The RPM monitors the Project Managers (“PMs”), and Project Engineers (“PEs”) assigned by the OD. The RPM ensures that these roles perform to ensure that the projects are delivered on time and on budget.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor the on-going projects awarded to Newcore that are assigned by the RPM.
- Provide assistance to PMs, CMs, and PEs assigned by the RPM in in closing dependencies for the project.
- Attend calls for updates, and resolution of challenges on projects assigned by the RPM.
- Monitor the project timelines of the projects assigned by the RPM and foresee challenges. Provide proposed solutions to these challenges to ensure timely delivery of the project.
- Assist the PMs in communicating with the clients for timeline, variation orders, and other project-related concerns.
- Monitor the on-hold projects that are assigned by the RPM and ensure that dependencies from Newcore are closed.
- Attend client meetings to discuss project updates.
- Provide reports to the RPM for the overall status of projects assigned by the RPM.
- May perform other duties as necessary or assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- College Degree (preferably in the field of Engineering or Architecture); Licensed Engineer or Architecture an advantage
- 4-6 years of relevant experience
- Strong executive presence
- A sound knowledge on interior fit-out project implementation
- Knowledgeable with technical design and implementation for Civil, Architectural, Electrical, Mechanical, and Electronics
- Able to delegate tasks to team members and communicate with them; plus, able to train employees
- Willingness to travel (local and international)
