Software Engineering Manager  

We are seeking an experienced engineering manager to join our growing team. In this position, you will play a key role in the overall success of our organization by planning, managing, and monitoring engineering functions. You will be responsible for maximizing the productivity of the tech team and aligning the whole development process. You will create detailed plans and overall concepts for the development of new designs and products.

Your success day:

• Lead and manage the Engineering team to deliver software, infrastructure, and architecture that meets the needs of users;
• Develop and deliver a strategic technology vision and direction;
• Guide the team through new tech processes along with carrying out managerial roles;
• Collaborating with the appropriate functions and users to evaluate and identify technology platforms;
• Oversee front-end and back-end development teams and their projects.

• Years of experience in relevant technology stacks;

• Solid hands-on task management experience;
