What you will do:

  • You will be assigned to handle the Customer Success department in Indonesia
  • Scale up the Customer Success department team by hiring best-fit talents
  • Be a go-to person for the Customer Success department
  • Leading by example, clear the road, remove blockers and be an active team member
  • Inspire and support your trusted and empowered team members to reach the goals and grow.
  • Support and drive continuous improvement of the recruitment process.
  • Lead the team in an environment of trust, use, and cherish feedback.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 1+ years of successful leadership experience in the HR area.
  • 3-4 years of experience in recruitment
  • Experience in customer service hiring experience would be an advantage
  • An out-of-the-box approach to HR operations
  • Focus - you plan your time well and prioritize the team's tasks easily
  • Fluent English language skills (spoken and written)
  • Strong organizational skills, a strategic problem solver
