Job Description

You will be part of Ninja Van's Key Accounts unit. The objective is to maintain a positive relationship with Ninja Van's biggest clients and cater not only to their day-to-day operational needs but as well as to be a quick-response team that handles situations and escalations as they pop-up. Consider this role as both a vanguard and a firefighter - we are the first people that our clients reach out to, and are in the best position to assist them.

Main Duties

  • Publishes daily reports to internal and external stakeholders
    • Get to know the daily needs of your assigned account, and make sure they have the data that they need whether it be on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis
  • Addresses escalations from key accounts
    • Act as firefighters, first on the scene and quick to respond to any possible issue
  • Investigates and coordinates with internal team to resolve issues within provided timelines
    • Understand what needs to be done, and make sure that the whole Ninja Van team understands as well - translate "client speak" into our own internal language
  • Executes day-to-day operational tasks that deal with aligning Ninja Van’s and client’s system
    • Make sure that processes are followed - but also look into making these processes better not just for our key accounts but for Ninja Van as well. We love things that are faster, more efficient, and just downright easier to do - so speak up when you have any ideas, every Ninja brings his or her own to the table
  • Highlights improvement areas and recommends solutions that would help Ninja Van meet the agreed timelines and metrics with the client
    • There's a lot to do, but doing's just half the battle. We always encourage anybody and everybody to contribute, every little thing counts! Can something be done in a different way? Can we improve what we're doing now?
  • Assists the account manager in tracking product requests based on client feedback
    • Ninja Van is first and foremost a technology company, we have tools that make us one of the best! But you don't get better by staying the same, if you have an idea or our clients have a request regarding the way our system works, then shout it out

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proficient in Word, Spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets), Presentation tools;
  • Proficient in database management utilizing SQL
  • Proficient in written and oral English and Tagalog;
  • Critical thinking skills;
  • Customer-oriented - possesses the mindset of understanding customer needs;
  • College graduate/experience in logistics or e-commerce industries preferred;
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules;
  • Strong analytical and planning skills;
  • Good communication and presentation skills;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
